Blue Stuff is reusable plastic moulding. Has anybody used it? I need a cheap way to cast smaller parts. Traditional casting chemicals are very expensive and they must be ordered from abroad. With Blue Stuff I can use epoxy putty instead of resin.

How does the epoxy putty do for making parts? Does it set up hard? What type glue do you use? Does it take paint well? I'm curious, as this is the first time I've heard about using epoxy putty.

Some people has used Milliput when casting miniatures.
All epoxy putties are hard when dry and they need primer of course. I have made parts with quick epoxy but it is a bit different stuff than epoxy putty.

I might hafta give it a go! I've never tried to cast any parts.
