This is crazy as I have built 10 models in three months!!! Last year was 11 for the whole year!!! A longer winter has kept me indoors at my desk more and slow real estate thanks to this stinking economy has also contributed! This is my last year with that... retiring in December! Hallelujah!!!

are you looking forward to it. i must say, with some of the pictures i have seen you post, got to be some beautiful property out there. is it expensive out there? i have to admit, i have google earthed your area and tried to pick out your house. very beautiful countryside. don't mean to be nosey.

If you google Kettle Falls, WA and follow Lake Roosevelt aka Columbia River about 6 miles northeast you will find my place... South side of the river right before the big bend going north... 1950's farm house, 3 bay shop, garage on just under 6 acres...
Yes I am looking forward to retirement... people are just too nasty to deal with in sales anymore... everyone thinks they are entitled to everything for nothing...

You'll love retirement! You will have more time for the things you love...like building models! Ask me...I know! Just so you know, I have been retired for over 6 years and I have never regretted a moment of it.
