In the latest issue of Model Cars Magazine, on pages 8 & 9, there are 26 pics of different '70 RoadRunner builds.

i heard, pretty cool. that was a youtube thing. a lot of the modelers that have youtube channels had a buildoff and whomever picked the kit, picked the 70 road runner. i cant remember the name but if you go on youtube and search for it, you will come up with a bunch of videos on their builds. lots of different variations for sure.

Wrapped this one up for some half-assed photos...in my defense, I could hardly see the phone screen from the sunlight.

OK - here's a real one for reference, too. I need to add the blacked-out center & vacuum lines to mine. Cut the sides off a '69 AG, flap stuff fabbed from sheet stock, a paper clip & sprue. Bevel the front of the AG unit to get the proper angle.

Made the top part just now out of some thin sheet and was able to slide it in between the oval part and the hood. May be easier to install before gluing in the oval, but I git away with it. Has to be thin.

Is that called "reverse engineering"? LOL

Reverse assembly - or is it post-assembly modification? - is something I'm guilty of; I'm still learning !
