Finally got a chance to do some work on a model!! I've been tweaking this one a little bit in the past few weeks, but nothing worthy of posting pics, until now. I masked the body against overspray, and tossed it in the booth. I then used a VERY, VERY old can of TESTORS Gloss White enamel on the roof. It actually laid down quite well. I may hafta let it cure for about four years, but it looks pretty smooth. The biggest problem I had was the Tamiya masking tape actually pulled up some of the DupliColor primer. I've never had that happen before. You can see where it happened at the base of the rear window. Prolly will be an easy fix. The primer has been on this build for five years. I wasn't expecting this type problem.

I built the '67 Coronet R/T. One as a standard R/T and one as the Foose version. The Foose version kit didn't look the car on the show and I tried to make it as it was. The only thing I didn't like was the 426 Hemi in place of the 5.7L Hemi that should have been there. I even made a bench seat out of the bucket seats that were in the model kit. The actual car was an Coronet 440 and not a Coronet R/T.
