I'll be starting mine after I clear a couple stalled projects off the bench ('67 Coronet, '67 Cougar). My first Demon will be a replica of one I owned back in the seventies. Autumn Bronze, black interior, black stripes and hood, no vinyl top, with 318 V-8. That should be awesome. |

Funny thing is, I can't remember which pattern of flat black the hood on my Demon had! LoL 😂

Bucky, A friend had a 340 Demon in the same color, I use rattle cans to paint and usually use the Tamiya but they do not offer it in spray. Are there any other sprays that come close.

I'm not sure about that. I ordered the Autumn Bronze from MCW, but it's for airbrush. I'll see if there is anything out there close. Tamiya should probably have a very close match.

Bucky, Nothing in the Tamiya line but Testors makes an extreme laquer in root beer which I think will come very close to the Dodge dark tan metallic color.They also have an extreme laquer purple. I think that it would come close to plum crazy.. |

If you need to shift a color, Tamiya has tinted clears.
I've used them if I want a darker or redder red, for example.

I picked one up and now Hobby Lobby is starting to carry them, should be 40% off every other week. Looks like a nice kit, probably build it later this year.
