Other than building Mopar muscle kits I was always a big fan of Ed "Big Daddy" Roth. Bought lots of his T-Shirts out of the back of car magazines.when I was growing up. Actually, met him at a car show once before he passed away. He was very humble and sincere. And always appreciated his fans. Built his kit of Surffink years ago.

I tried a couple of those type kits when I was a lad, but they were a bit beyond my experience, then. Probably still are! Hahaha

When I was a kid, I tried a few planes, tanks, and dinosaurs. I always got back to the cars and trucks.

Weirdest model kit I ever had was a White Tailed Deer from a gift store in Yosemite National Park I got as a kid on family vacation... Don't have that one anymore!
