Yodel Dodge Monaco "CHiPs"

Dose anyone remember these kits? They came out back in the 1980's/ early 90's.I have had this one hanging around for years. They come pre painted and are curbside kits. They do have a electric motor included and are 1/24 scale.I painted the interior tan. I chrome foiled the trim too. The decals had yellowed, so I purchased a set of decals that someone is making on Ebay. The light bar comes clear, so I painted it with Tamiya clear blue and red. I just polished up the body with some wax. A pretty decent kit.

I also never seen one of those. I have the joker kit it's the same as the T J hooker kit. Looks really good.

Thanks guys! I will take a picture of the box. I also have built the Grand Fury they made. They actually give you the Monaco or Fury grille and tailights in the kit

I noticed that the rear tail lights were different from the AMT (or MPC) model kit. know I know why.

They did change up taillights through the years a bit. Here is a pic of the box. I paid $14.99 on clearance years ago!

I just got two of those, a CHP and a LAPD patrol cars and I will be getting the San Diego County Police Fury soon for $10.00 each.
