was on another site (I believe MCM) and a gentleman was building a 74 road runner and was kit bashing it with a 71 charger. WOW!! mind blown.... yea, I don't build too much stock stuff, but this sounds like a real good kit bash cause the charger is a very nicely detailed kit, and well the 74 road runner is not the best. he also is using the 71 charger under a 71 AMT road runner. says there are a lot of fitment issues, but nothing a good modeler cant work out. hmmm.... is there a stock 71 hemi runner in my future?
just thought I would let you know....
another one for all you stock guys, take the Revell 69 Daytona kit and smash everything under the AMT charger 500. I have seen it bashed with the regular 68/69 charger, works much better with the Daytona. you will thank me later.

I did one of those Charger/ 74 Road Runner conversion years ago. A cool kit bash.

did you post it here, my apologies if you did and I didn't give you credit. being a guy who usually cuts that stuff out, I don't have a great memory for it. if its not a bother, can you post up some pictures?

I have built several of those '74 Road Runner/GTXs over the years using the '71 Charger chassis. A great kitbash! As Rick Hunter use to say, "Works for me!"
