Hi guys and, if any have materialized, gals. A few of you may remember me from prior to Thanksgiving 2017. I'm Eric an avid Mopar fan and Drag racing nut. Due to health and financial issues, I have been away for several months, although I have dropped in on occasion to see what was new. But now I have stabilized my life issues so here I am again, ready to get back to building Mopars and Drag Cars.

Thanks guys, I can't tell you how good it is to be back. This is my favorite modeling chat site. At this time I'm unpacking boxes and setting up my building area. Can't wait to have Super Glue spots and paint blotches on my hands and clothes again! Lol

Welcome back. And you're right, this is one of the best modelling site. We are still trying to heal Al from his Slant 6 allergy Like the Yeah well like the rest of us Al has his cross to bear. He can't help it that he has never had a true chance to enjoy the trouble-free joys of driving Mopar with one of the finest inline engines ever. I mean heck, he probably couldn't afford a fine car with such an excellent engine. The poor guy probably had to drive a, cough cough, import in his formative years and his jealousy towards those of us who had the pleasure of ruining some perfectly fine cars, with the engine that would seldom die, would eventually have to turn to hatred. And since it would be impolite to hate us, who respect the inline wonder, he chose to turn his disdain towards the poor engine that powered the same cars that went on to be fond memories. It's okay for Al to sneeze at our beloved leaning tower of reliability, it's probably just a flashback reaction to all the rice dust that assaulted his sinuses when he drove his little B210 around. LOL Wow, I guess I missed picking on Al's affliction more than I thought.

OK, just a little history, my first car which was not my choice, was a 74 maverick, straight 6. had that for 2 years. after that, at 18, I got a brand new 78 regal with a 3.5 Slant 6 and over that summer built a 68 road runner with a 440 in it. 1 of 7 road runners owned with various engines ranging from 383, 440, 440+6 and hemi. no foreign or ricers till my last car which was a Kia Rio and now I drive a 2016 Honda Civic. my sister had a 67 barracuda with that POS 6 in it. last one we ever owned. so, actually no, I have never owned a slant 6 in my life..... why would I?

Tubs looks like it’s time for you to get your shelf a Challenger with one of the Hemi options and let the civic go. I turned a 95 civic for my 09

almost did. was that close, but unfortunately, since I wrecked the Kia, we leased and did not want to put any money down. Dodge would not do that on the Challenger.
