I got the latest issue of Car Craft magazine in the mail today. Right there on the cover was a Dodge Polara, wheels up, at the strip. I haven't read the article yet but did leaf through it. It's 6 or 7 pages long. The car is an altered wheelbase '64 Polara with a stroked 440. The headline and captions I did read indicate the car was "built in the driveway". Should be an interesting read. I thought maybe some of you guys might be interested. Car Craft is usually on the shelf at my local Walmart. Maybe at yours too.

Here is a little update on that article in Car Craft. I was looking for something entirely different, but found the article in the mag was on hotrod.com. Not only that, there were a whole slew more photos than what is in the magazine. So, what did I pay a year's subscription for? You would think that by PAYING, I would somehow be entitled to a little MORE than what you could find online for free. Kind of steams me up a bit. That aside, here is the link to the article on the Homebuilt, Wheelstanding AF/X Clone for you guys to enjoy. www.hotrod.com/articles/homebuilt-wheelstanding-afx-clone-fools-everyone/.
