1/18th scale Vanishing Point Challenger









I always wanted to add some wires and other detail under the hood, but never got around to it...



Here it is in 1/24th scale




Here it is in 1/64th scale



I wish these model makers could somehow get it right. I don't believe the Challenger was a Hemi Challenger, or a 440 Six-Pack
I have searched and searched for still pics from the movie as well as watched the movie over and over to see if it has any emblems of the engine. Haven't seen or found any at all!!!

You need to dirty those Challengers up!

Four out of five were 440 Magnum 4 speeds. The fifth one was a 383 automatic.

It looks like the hood has the 440 Magnum emblem on the side of the scoop.
