I figured this beauty would fit right in with the April contest build. This is one that most definitely CAN be called beautiful. As partial as I am to '67 to '69 Barracudas, I have to admit I'd be prouder than a peacock cruising around in this. With the 440 as opposed to a Hemi it would be a whole lot smoother on the street while still producing ground pounding horse and torque. Factory A/C and a TorqueFlite make for comfortable cruising as well.

Very nice, my favorite color combinations on a '68 GTX. In fact, this is on my future builds list.

WOW!!! When I was 13, my best friend's dad bought a new '68 GTX in this color, with white interior. The only difference was his had a white vinyl top. He would back out of his driveway, hold the brake pedal down, bury the gas pedal, and shred the redline tires up to third gear on that 727 automatic!! Smoked up the whole neighborhood!!!
