Local small Kerava American car meeting was today. About a hundred cars participated in it: Mopars, Fords, GMs and AMCs. I'm a bit tired of photographing them but this was the most interesting car there, '62 Dart 318 and just arrived from USA. You don't believe how much old American cars were shipped from USA to Finland in last twenty years. Only Swedis are more crazier to buy classics from USA.
Somehow I love these weird early '60 Mopars.
This is my Hornet:

Very cool! I love the Sportabout wagon. I test drove one a long time ago. Didn't buy it because it didn't have A/C.

Market is not very big although dozens of old cars are imported form the USA every year. Most american cars are pre 80's but here are also newer ones like Mustangs, Corvettes, Camaros, Challengers, Chargers, Jeeps and pickups. Summer is short and we want to enjoy it with real cars. Gasoline is 1.55€ /l, are we crazy when we drive them.
