I was a teen in the late 60's and early 70's, so I got to see plenty old garages similar to this one. The main difference being that it was mostly GM junk and Blue Oval duds being worked on, and the MOPARS were tearing up the asphalt!!!

Yup, there was a time when that was a pretty normal sight. A great time to be alive, with a fresh driver's license.
My life's mission at one point was to get Dad to co-sign for a new Road Runner...but he couldn't be fooled, haha.

My dad didn't bite when I wanted a 1968 Ford Torino GT Sportsroof for my first car. It only had a 302 in it, but he didn't like it because it was a Ford. I ended up with a 1966 Dodge Coronet 440 4dr sedan with a 318.

Oh, those Snap-Tite kits get me all wistfull...  I had the Thunderstruck Dodge when that came out too.
