I'm Jim and I live a bit south of Pittsburgh Pa. I'm a member of the Model Car Magazine, Model Car Market and the Online Scale Model forums so I know a lot of folks here. I found this through Steve's Market forum. Thank you Dave. I do like Mopars. I drove a couple Cuda's back in the day. I'm also into GMs. Sorry to swear so soon  . Always wanted a ‘Cuda. Just never came across one really. Plenty of other Mopars over the years though.

Had a '74 that needed work, which I never got around to and a '71 that was a daily driver. I tried to buy one that was used as a weekend racer, line-lock, 4 spd and a strong motor. Couldn't agree on price. I also tried to get an AAR but the guy wasn't selling. I'm old, they were cheap back then. If I only had half the cars that I owned when I was younger I'd have a tremendous collection.

I grew up just south of Cleveland. Sorry to hear that  . I was a big Stiller fan. I pretty much lost interest in them after Jack Lambert retired. I have been a hockey fan since my early teen years. Let's Go PENs!!!

Not a problem. Great comeback too. I miss those days since we have been crap for years. I'm a casual hockey fan, dont know the players anymore, but love the sport. Funny you mention toothless Jack, I just happen to live in his home town. The schools football stadium is named after him. Dont set foot in that place... kidding.

Joe Montana graduated from the same high school the year after I did. Of course they've named their new football stadium after him. I didn't much care for the guy then nor do I now, or ever. "nuff said so I don't get banned  . Last I heard Mr Lambert is a game warden somewhere just north of here. I saw him at a funeral once but it was not the right place to approach him. |
