There are some resin parts available to convert MPC '78 D100 to W100.

MPC D100 have some extra 4x4 parts like 20-transfer case support, 38-front drive shaft and 46-4x4 engine cross member.
This is what I have:
Marty’s club cab has the same chassis extended so we can built 4x4 model of it.
