Gibson Engines

Between Al and myself we have 7 of his engines and one of these days I’m going to get around to casting them, of course there won’t be any photo Etched parts because I have no idea how to do that.

Are engines 1/25 or 1/24 scale? I have gibson slant 6 and street hemi and they look at least 1/24.

I’ve built his 383, 440 and have a sealed 340 6 pack. They are all 1/25 scale engines that I have.

I have recast a few of his engine kits for my own personal use since they are no longer available and I can give you some saving advice if you haven't already noticed it. A lot of his kits share quite a few common parts. Especially the later pro mod and pro stock engine kits. Once you create one mold you will most likely be able to create some others by simply adding smaller molds of just the top end components like heads, valve covers and such.

I seem to remember a wide variety of engines from him, not just B-R/B and Hemi engines. Didn't he do any LA engines with a 4bbl carb? I would love to get a hold of a few of those especially if they came with headers!
