.. do you guys actually spend at your bench and in your model room per week. just curious because as i said in an earlier post, you guys build at a crazy rate. maybe i have too many other interests. i don't know. be honest though, how much time do you spend in your model room and how much actually building?
for me, i probably spend 6 to 8 hours a week in my room, of that, 0-3 spent actually building.

Al seeing that I’ve got a lot of free time nowadays I’m averaging about 40 hours during the week and 6 to 8 hours on the weekends. That’s why I’m able to finish my builds in a short period of time. I’m averaging about 200 hours per build.

For me, it varies depending on other activities and sometimes motivation - maybe just a short time if paint & glue require waiting, or hours when there's a lot to do and I get on a roll. I don't know how much time start/finish; they're done when they're done. Having a couple in process seems more efficient as I can juggle tasks & cure times or waiting on parts.

I spend around two or three hours a day but not every day. Having a wife with a disability I have to do everything at home. So my time is limited.

If I'm lucky, I get 4 or 5 hours per week in my shop.
Probably more likely in the 2 to 3 hour range.
Now you know why it can take me a year or more to finish a build!
