I was able to take advantage of the good weather and did some spray painting. I have finally been able to get the hood on the KW painted with both green and yellow with out any paint peeling off. 😀. Also painted the frame on the Mack Sublime Green and finished the wheels.

Ok I got taask... When you started this thread you showed a DM 600 with the mixer. Looks to me like you are using the DM800...inquiring minds want to know...lol

Stace this is a Mack DM 600 with a steel hood conversion. Gary Wallace sells them for $25 and it’s a very easy change out. Check out my Mack dump truck that was my first one.

I received the wrench and started back working on the headache rack.

I added some more details to the headache rack and some paint. I also put another coat of Sublime paint on the fenders. I’m ready to clear coat the hood and cab but it looks like our weather here is not going to let me paint for a couple of days. Stace I ordered some chain binders today to hang on the rack.

Today I worked on painting and coating the inside of the mixer drum and added a hydraulic tank and a step box on the KW.
