Well today we finally found a low mileage Jeep almost like the one we had! This one is slate blue pearl and is a 4x4 with only 5,800 miles on it. And it is a 80th anniversary one like the other one. When we got it home I found a small box in the glove box for a performance chip tomorrow I will check to see if it’s actually in the vehicle.      Someone put this stupid aftermarket shifter handle on it which is all aluminum and not good for Arizona temperatures!! I will be changing it ASAP!!  |

I found the original shifter knob in the center consul and put it back on but I’m going to have to replace the boot on it.   |

Marty can you tell if the performance chip helps your performance? Is it one that you can adjust the settings the way you want them?

It’s just a plug & play type thing. I’m going to take it out over the weekend and see if O can tell the difference of with $ without it?   |

I like how the Jeep looks in that color. Glad you were able to find a low mileage replacement. Have you been able to tell any difference with the performance chip yet?

I think it’s getting better gas mileage but I can’t tell if it’s got more HP? This one is 4 wheel drive and the other one wasn’t.
I’m going to pull the chip tomorrow when I gas it up after I apply for a loan to do so! 😂😂😩
I should be able to tell the difference after another refuel.

That is a beautiful JEEP. Grand Cherokee is where it's at! We really enjoyed the two we owned, a '96 and a '03.
