hey Mike, i actually had some of that Mod Podge hanging around. tried it on the glass in a Willys i was finishing up. it worked great. the operator, not so great. i think i have to let it set up a little more than i did. i actually used acetate for the glass and it was a little curled and kept popping off the glue. but once it got really tacky, it stuck well. kinda got some all over the plastic for the glass. have to work with it a little more, but thanks for the tip!!

One of the things I have learned about Mod Podge or any white glue is it takes a little time for this stuff to set up properly. You have to watch the stuff carefully while it is curing.

I was thinking about the missing decal sheet for this GTO and I remembered a set of floor mats on the sheet. I have a Revell '66 GTO kit that has the decal sheet in it and I made a copy of the decal sheet on paper and then I cut them out and inserted them into the interior. Looks good! More Pontiac GTO to come...

Al, I'm sure that many builders might go for the AMT '67 GTO, but I wanted an easier build version and the Revell version was it. This kit that I am building doesn't have decal sheet with it since it was a gift from a friend. I copied the decal sheet from a full kit that I got from another friend. A reason to join a model club!

Wow, Mike! I just got caught up with all three pages of this project. Everything is looking great from here! I like the final color you landed on. Interior and chassis are spot on!

Thanks Joe! The color is something that I have thought long and hard about. The final color was something I saw on someone else's model.
