I just couldn't leave it in the box. Mine was a convert, 3 spd stick, 13.5:1 CR version. Best run in 1965 was a 12.41 @ 166.88 - running 4 wide at Rockford Dragway. Attachments:

When I was a lad, my best friend's Dad had a '63 Sport Fury. Black, with red interior. Don't know what power plant it had, but it was potent. He traded it for a new '68 GTX. It was pretty potent, too!

sweet. love them super stock years. nice!! best part of the Mopar national was watching the super stockers pull to the line and rip down the quarter mile. |
