For years I collected dealer promotional models. While seeing Mopar muscle promos reach really crazy prices I decided to make my own from a Monogram Hemi Cuda kit.

I've thought about doing that with some old JoHan kits, but haven't had the balls, haha. I like the idea a lot, though.

Round2 has started issuing kits that are basically promos in kit form. They can be built as promos, or kit-bashed into a full detail model.

Being a Monogram kit, everything went together well. Tamiya orange spray was used.

Round2 has started issuing kits that are basically promos in kit form. They can be built as promos, or kit-bashed into a full detail model. I like that round 2 has issued this type of kits. If it has metal axles I’m in. At least I know the wheels will be straight when put it together. 😂

Now thinking of doing the same to the Mpc 68 Dodge Coronet R/T convertible kit. Just need to decide on a color and since I just use rattle cans choices are minimal.
