Did a test spray on the stuff - here's a photo.

I'm impressed.

I just sprayed it over Tamiya white primer, seems lacquer-based but does take a bit to dry.

Haven't handled it yet, so I'll wait 'til tomorrow to test for paw prints.

I may have bumped my head...

They look even more chromed, and a Molotow pen for sprue cuts matches very well.

Great chrome paint just a little on the pricey side but still worth it for me.
