I’d be interested in doing this build off, but about 4 years ago I sold off ALL of my model stuff to finish a 1:1 build. I’ve been buying and building again since then but none of my current stash has been here for 5 years. But I will be watching what all of you guys do 👍🏻

It’s about building models and I really don’t think it matters if it’s not something you’ve had for 5 years. |

But I will be watching what all of you guys do 👍🏻 hey, selling all your stuff to finish a 1:1 is a pretty bold move. i hate to see a builder sitting the sidelines. it its OK with everyone else, i will certainly let you join. do you have a kit of that 1:1? that would be neat. have anything in that stash that sparks some memories of a 1:1 car? if not, and the guys don't mind, grab a kit and start building away. |

Sadly the 1:1 wasn’t a Mopar, it was a 79 Pontiac Firebird(yes I had a moment of weakness, plus it was free) and yes I do have a kit that sparks memories of a 1:1 I owned a few years back. I’ll dig it out and take stock and see what’s needed. |

thats alright. we all had lapses in judgement. i once owned a 1970 nova with a good running 350. talk about a tire fryer!!
