A few parts have been painted and are awaiting installation. The disc brakes became a bit simple but I don't have time to do better. The body is primed once now. I don’t even know what color I’ll paint this when the options are dark blue, dark green, black and red (Scorch Red). The old enemy dust is again a problem and because of that I have to make changes to my paint booth. Hope there is enough time ....

The body was slightly malformed at the back and I had to grind it. Now it’s re-primered and hopefully I'll be able to paint it tomorrow. The paint will be Tamiya TS-55 (dark blue).

WOW. must have missed something. thanks for taking care of whatever or whomever what intruding.
anyways, builds looking good. going to be killer in dark blue. was suppose to paint mine this weekend. helped the son on his house, Christmas shopping, grocery shopping and football all day Sunday. this week hopefully. only 19 days left, unless i said Christmas Day, can't remember.
i also noticed in the one picture you have your spark plug wires numbered. you actually run your wires in the correct firing order... cool. is that a pre wired distributor or did you make that one. if you made it, the plug wire holes are perfect. i have at least 1 pair of holes that when i am drilling, they blend together and i get 7 holes instead of 8. that probably NEVER happens to anyone else.

Distributor is predrilled resin cap with aluminium lower part. Nice part but is too tall and I had to modify it. Body is painted and needs little cleaning from dust. Maybe it must be painted once again before clear coat.

Best distributor I've seen is the MAD (Morgan Auto Detail) pre-wired resin unit; you can get the tan Mopar cap & black wires. Only thing missing is a vac advance can. They're slow to receive parts from, though. Bought a couple Detail Master kits, too; they look nothing like factory but more like a race setup, and you have to do the wiring by pushing the wires through a tiny PE top ring.

I have used MAD parts but their postage is too high to Finland. Local hobby shop sells cheap 3D distributors and they are good enough for me. Three cylinder distributor is funny I don't even know where to use it

The body is sanded for the last wet coats, but I won’t paint it until I’ve test fitted all the parts. I noticed the rear axle must be widened due to the disc brakes. The engine still needs fuel lines, fan, starter and oil cleaner. I have lost the air cleaners somewhere hope not in the vacuum cleaner. Al, this may be 1 horse race although the horse is too slow for this trip.
The engine compartment is also without the last painting
